For generations the Mathieu-Princet family have produced fine champagne from their vineyard in Grauves, not far from Epernay, in the heart of the French champagne growing region with vines on the same hillsides as Bollinger. Mathieu-Princet champagne is already enjoyed by 1000s of Europeans and is now available in the UK from this site.

Grande Réserve Brut

A distinguished Premier Cru champagne. This wine is blended from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir grapes and has benefited from five years in Michel’s cellar. It shares the subtlety and lightness of the Chardonnay and the powerful character of the Pinot Noir

A fine Premier Cru champagne made entirely from the Chardonnay grape where the flowery delicacy of the aromas and the persistence of the sparkle are enhanced. Michel keeps this champagne on the lees for a full 3 years.

Rosé de Chardonnay Brut

Fine Premier Cru pink champagne. This is a rare precious and refined wine with joyful characteristics. Made from 85% Chardonnay grapes and 15% red wine that is created especially by Michel for this champagne.Michel keeps this wine on the lees for a full 3 years.

Millésimé Brut

A Premier Cru vintage champagne.  This remarkable wine, a mix of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, is head of the cuvée.  It derives from the year 1998 and was bottled one year later. The dégorgement was in late 2005 and early 2006, so it has had up to seven years growth in the bottle!
